Timetable

We are implementing a temporary timetable for the foreseeable future as we adapt to our new post-lockdown routine. 

As it stands classes will be held outside the front of the building as the concrete blocks are conveniently 2m apart allowing us to cater for up to 6 participants as opposed to 2/3 in the studio. These classes are booked via Sharon ([email protected]) as they will run depending on the weather. As information and guidance changes we will adapt accordingly.

Fitness Class Guidelines

Given the current circumstances we have implemented a set of guidelines for clients to follow when participating in classes, these will be continually reviewed as advice is updated from the Government. 


- Clients are asked to remain socially distanced BEFORE, DURING and AFTER classes. 

- Whilst classes are outside we will be using the concrete blocks that are marked out at 2m. All the relevant equipment will be laid out in each block prior to classes for you. 

- Clients are asked to use the provided hand sanitisers on arrival and after the class. As well as wipe down their equipment with our cleaning products both before and after use. 

- We won't be providing cups at the water fountain so it is advised that you bring your own bottle for water, we have a selection for sale on site if you need one. 

- Client's will have their temperatures taken (via our infrared thermometer0 before the session, unfortunately if your temperature is deemed too high by the guidelines we have been sent then you will be asked to return home. 

- Anyone who has experienced symptoms and/or been out of the country in the 2weeks prior to attendance (or lives with someone who has) will be asked to go home. We will do a verbal screening at the start of every class. 

- Non-members are welcome to attend with a booked space (use the emailed at the top of this page) but will be asked to provide their contact details for contract tracing purposes. PAYG sessions are 4.50 or a 6 class pass is 18. 

- Masks are not advised for exercise as they can reduce the ability to breath, we will not be encouraging their use during sessions. Gloves are also not advised due to cross contamination, hand sanitiser will be available at all times.
